### The Meshnet card is missing from the app
In most cases, the missing Meshnet card is caused by an out-of-date app version. This can occur when the app is installed from an older APK file or not updated via an app store, such as [Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nordvpn.android\&hl=en) or [Samsung Galaxy store](https://galaxystore.samsung.com/detail/com.nordvpn.android). Other times, the problem may be caused by an internal app fault. However, the troubleshooting approach should be the same in both cases.
Solution
Reinstalling the NordVPN app ensures that the malfunctioning version is removed and the latest version with complete functionality is installed. Take the following steps to reinstall NordVPN:
1. On your device, open **Settings**.
2. Navigate to **Apps** and select **NordVPN**.
3. Tap **Uninstall** to remove NordVPN from your device.
4. [Download and install the NordVPN Android app](https://nordvpn.com/download/android/).
5. Launch **NordVPN** and log in to your account.
You should now see the **Meshnet** card in the **Products** menu.

### Cannot access the host device's LAN while routing traffic
The Local network discovery setting on the Android NordVPN app affects local network access when [routing traffic](https://meshnet.nordvpn.com/features/routing-traffic-in-meshnet/traffic-routing-android). While this option is enabled and traffic routing is active, the Android device can only access devices on its LAN, and any attempts to connect to devices on the host's network will fail. To gain access to the remote devices, you should disable the Local network discovery setting.
Solution
Take the following steps on your mobile Android device to disable the Local network discovery option:
1. Open **NordVPN**.
2. In the lower-right corner, tap **Profile** , and then select **Settings** .
3. Under **VPN and security**, tap **Local network discovery**.
4. Turn off the **Local network discovery** toggle.
If you're using an Android TV device, follow the steps below to turn off Local network discovery:
1. Open **NordVPN**.
2. Using the side menu on the left, navigate to the **Settings** tab.
3. Under **Connection and security**, select **Local network discovery**.
4. Turn off the **Local network discovery** toggle.
